Spring 2019

We had a busy spring! It began with wet weather, Mason learning to ride his bike without training wheels, seeing lots of deer, Sean and me both celebrating birthdays, and ended with school ending for the summer, and Luke's hernia surgery!

The deer can't jump our fences, so the only way they get in our backyard is if we leave the gates open.

One day we colored together and it was so fun!

The first two above are the same day, the third is the next day. So many crazy views!

My dishes helper!

We took a day trip to Sacramento to go to the temple. The kids hung out at the Toone's. Cori did SO good considering it was the first time we'd left her with someone!

At this point in the year, the deer were starting to shed their winter coats. They look so mangy, but it didn't last long!

Also my grocery helper!

I turned 33!

Cori LOVES the dogs next door!

Mason got the Rockin' Reader award at school and I got to be there to see him be the calendar helper!

Mason and Luke love wearing our coats, that are obviously way too big on them. Cori wanted to play too, so I put Mason's jacket on her and she was so happy!

Helping me take conference notes, and Mason's awesome giraffe he drew!

Conference crepes!

We went on a walk between sessions, it is seriously so pretty here in the spring!

The boys love throwing the toy for Henry!

Mason's craft from church. He signed his name and then wrote "I like you Mommy and Daddy!" Swoon!

Learned to ride without training wheels and had zero fear when it came to biking to the park!

Middletown has a fire safety even every year and the kids had a blast climbing in and out of the different fire trucks, shooting the hose, watching the helicopter take off, etc!

Our church building is right next to Anderson Marsh State Park. This osprey nest is across from the parking lot!

Arts and crafts at the Murphy's! We have the best neighbors!

We did a "blind man" activity where the boys took turns walking blindfolded from their room to the fridge, to help learn about how grateful the blind man that Jesus healed would have been to be able to see! They had so much fun!

Fishing with Bo!

Love these people!

They love playing in the car!

Mama and her twins! Seeing the baby deer everywhere has been so much fun!

We finally got a new mattress, and we are pretty happy with this one!

Mason loves playing tug of war with Tobi, and Cori LOVES Henry!!

Sean turned 31! He requested a crepe cake, so I delivered. His coworkers decorated his office which he was obviously thrilled by haha!

Swimming in the lake!

Such pretty views on the way to Santa Rosa!

Mother's Day!

A buck in our backyard!

Cori likes doing the crafts at story time too now.

My three besties!

Luke, all of a sudden one day, decided he was ready to potty train! He filled his poop chart and got his remote control lambourghini!

Crazy fog on the way to San Francisco!

After Luke's doctor appointment at UCSF, we went to Pier 39 and I took the boys to see the sea lions. There was a baby!!

Goodbye tooth number 2!

Drinking water out of a water bottle for the first time!

Poor kiddo got sick and we had to do breathing treatments.

Meditating at Bo's house

A cool millipede at the park!

This was my shirt when I was a baby!

Water fun outside!

Date night! Dinner and then milkshakes!

The pool finally opened!

Busted out the sno cone maker!

Last day of school! Mason got the Most Improved in Writing award and Mrs. Bazzano said he was spelling words that 3rd and 4th graders were learning!

Date night in St. Helena for a provider dinner!

Actual last day of school haha!

Brad Paisley concert! Bo and Alexa were given free tickets but Bo couldn't go so I went!

We took the kids to the children's museum in Santa Rosa, then I went to Tim McGraw with Marinda! It was so much fun, but the best part was him singing "In 1814 we took a little trip"! I'm pretty sure I was one of the only people that knew that song!

It's so nice having another reader in the house lol!

Luke's surgery day! We had to leave at 5:30am to get there in time, only to find out they moved his surgery time up! So they fast tracked us and we didn't have to sit in the waiting room at all! His hernia is fixed and he has a tiny little scar!

Meanwhile, Alexa and Mason wore Cori out at the park!

Trying to keep Luke from jumping around too much after his surgery was hard work!
