Family Pictures

On November 15, we met up with my friend from high school, Chris, and he took our family pictures! I LOVE how they turned out! Here are the takes and outtakes :)

(I framed these two for Sean's mom for Christmas)

He's so weird. I love him :)

I love this one. Mason is doing something goofy and Luke is just cracking up at him!

This is almost half of the pictures he sent us haha.

Some things I want to remember for the day:
-I had picked out outfits for us but it was like 70 degrees the day we took them and I had to redo everyone's outfits (except Mason's: his shirt was what we centered the colors around). I had picked out clothes for a Utah fall photo shoot haha
-A friend in our ward had given me a few 2T shirts a few days before we took pictures and Luke is wearing one, since what I had bought for him was too warm
-I forgot Luke's pants and he is wearing a pair of Mason's shorts I miraculously had in my backpack. He had been in his pajamas up until we got there (it was one of those days). They are 24 month and fit Luke as well as they fit Mason
-We brought Cheerios for Luke and M&M's for Mason to keep them occupied
-I had to nurse Luke halfway through and Mason ran off playing in bushes

So thankful that Chris lives in Sacramento so I didn't have to find a random photographer to take our pictures! It was so nice knowing the person already :)

Halloween 2016

We did a pirate theme as a family this year and I made most of the costumes. We bought Masons stuff at Wal-mart but I made his sash. I made Sean's and Luke's costumes out of shirts and fabric I already had, and I got my corset from Damsel in this Dress. We had a ward activity on the 28th, on the 29th we went to Boo at the Zoo with some friends, and on actual Halloween we decorated our pumpkins!

I bought a pillow sham from a thrift store and painted this skull and cross bones!

Trying to get a good picture of his outfit

My cute little pirate!

No fear from this kid!

Our family!

Mason is in the front on the right. All the kids that were at our ward party

Before the zoo

Mason's buddy Atticus!

The cutest little pirate in all the land!

This is Luke's betrothed. I made her this onesie before she was even born and it fit miraculously at Halloween and I love it!!

Our pumpkins! As per usual, I scoop out the guts and Sean carves :)

Luke 10 months!

This kid is all over the place! I feel like I can't keep up between him, Mason, and trying to keep our nasty apartment clean. Insert monkey with his hands over his eyes emoji here. But this kid is such a joy (and a HORRIBLE sleeper). This month he got diagnosed with bronchiolitis and we've been doing breathing treatments (eye roll). But here's more of what he has been up to!

Likes:
-cheerios! New found love this month
-pulling the kid books off the shelf
-rolling balls or water bottles (or canned food) and crawling after it. If he can get ahold of one of Mason's cars, he does the same thing
-clapping and drumming on things

Dislikes:
-when I put him on the changing table to change his diaper. I have to hand him a toy and if it's not good enough in his opinion the diaper change is not a smooth one
-sleeping. Still waking up multiple times a night (but at this point we think it is mostly environmental. Our apartment seriously sucks)

Other notables:
-October 24 top left eye tooth! (this is his 3rd tooth)
-still can't have a lot of normal people food without breaking out into a rash on his bum within a day. I still can't have dairy or chocolate
-starting to stand on his own, no support
-walks along furniture super fast
-says "mama"! And also "baba" for everything else

So sick! This is teething combined with whatever breathing problems he was having

He likes snapchat filters

And eating grass

Like, really likes snapchat filters ;)

Here mom! Let me help you with that!

Brothers!! Luke really really loves Mason

And more grass eating!

Escaped to eat more grass

And he loves the wood chips.

We lost quite a few boxes of pasta before I started taping them back up after opening them

Figured out the stairs!

Breathing treatments. For future reference, Albuterol can cause your heart to race and make it harder to sleep. Which was the case for this kid. He did not sleep well on it. We got him on a different one later and he slept a little better.

So tuckered out from never sleeping

Grandma gave him the measuring cups to play with

I would turn on Baby Einsteins on to distract. Mason loved this

Getting. Into (and onto). Everything.

Love this shirt!!

And there go the books..

Sneaker dumped out Mason's halloween candy

Love this little 10 month old!
