MLK weekend 2019

The Toone's came up for a visit over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend and it was so much fun! The only downside was Sean didn't have the day off, which we didn't know about until the day of. We went to the Petrified Forest about 50 minutes from our house, and the kids loved it!

Come visit again please! What a fun weekend!

Cori: 10 Months!

What a month for this baby girl! I love this stage, they are beginning their transition into toddlerhood! It's so bittersweet! This cute girl gives the best smiles ever!

Likes
-when her toys play music, she dances along
-putting things she shouldn't in her mouth (paper, etc)
-pulling my hair
-her brothers toys, specifically cars

Dislikes
-when I have to get the stuff she puts in her mouth out
-when I put her down on the floor if that's not what she wanted

Other notables
-claps and nods all the time. She nods in response to any question asked. It's adorable!
-will lean in and give me hugs and I swear she is saying "I love you" then follows that with "awwww!!" It is the sweetest thing ever!
-pulls herself to standing and walks along the furniture
-really comfortable with her crawling, so trying to stand unassisted isn't high on her priority list
-her second tooth finally popped through on January 1, bottom left.
-I switched her to 12 month clothes a week before she turned 10 months
-really likes oranges and stealing my apples, likes pancakes

She LOVES watching him play guitar and will dance along!

My best friend Nicole made this cute skirt for Cori! She wore it to Mason's kindergarten Christmas and then to Sean's work party after.

This shirt is an 18 month but its the only Christmas shirt I had that fit her.

Christmas Sunday shenanigans! Dress is also from Aunt Katie, selfie with Mom, "Me I want a hula hoop!", and playing in the tunnel for the first time!

Baby's first Christmas!

Baby got herself into a little jail!! She loves it until she can't get out haha!

She LOVES being outside! And when she gets to watch her brothers run and play it's a bonus!

Cute Sunday outfit, and playing in a box!

Spoiled little girl: half the time she falls asleep on the bed, we leave her there (surrounded by pillows of course). She's only fallen off once!

Happy 10 months baby girl! You are becoming a little more toddler and a lot less baby and, as always, Mama has mixed emotions about it! Can't wait to see what next month brings!
