Now, most of you know that I can sometimes be a picky eater.* For example:

And I pretty much hate these with every fiber of my being:

I got this recipe from Jess Stell, my longtime friend from my freshman year at BYU.
I made it for ward break-the-fast today (for the first time, might I add) and it was a HUGE hit.
So, thanks Jess for helping me find something to eat that contains two of my least favorite foods ever, and I don't even have to pick them out!**

*I have improved immensely with my pickiness. A couple of examples: refried beans, peanut butter, enchiladas, zucchini, cooked tomatoes - these are all things I used to avoid but now love.
