On Monday for FHE, Sean and I went to our old Bishop's house to learn how to make Sister Mackay's amaaaazing salsa! One box of tomatoes, a few peppers and a few hours later, we had 25 beautiful pints of salsa to last us a whole year.
They gave us 7 jars for our wedding in February, and they only lasted us 5-6 months. Hopefully this lasts us the whole year, now that I know we have so much of it...
