Zoo Day with Oakley!

My sister Carly got a zoo pass for Christmas, and she left the second person as "guest" so she can get any other person in for free! We decided to make a day of it and we went to the zoo!

"Mom? Kiss?" Well okay, twist my arm...

We went to Shiver's in Salt Lake for lunch. Mason and Oakley enjoyed sitting in the little train!

Then we hit the zoo! Carly took M and O on the train while I fed Luke. We walked around and saw pretty much everything. It is SO CUTE watching Mason and Oakley interact and show each other things!

Jenny met us there a little later and M and O were all about her after that :) She and I took O and M on the carousel while Carly fed Grant.

Luke 3 months

Likes:
- peekaboo
- his playmat
- staring at the light in our bedroom. Or any light really.
- being held while he sleeps. I've had to train him to nap in his bed. Nights are no problem though!

Dislikes
- bath time. He's coming around though.
- being left alone for too long. Not always, but sometimes he just wants someone to be in the room with him.
- being away from home. He's a lot happier in our apartment than if we are out and about.

Other notables
- sleeping 6+ hours every night, and it is usually more like 7-9
- moved him up to 6 month clothes almost a week before he turned 3 months. (Mason didn't switch until he was 6 months.)
- first non-family babysitter. Our awesome neighbor watched both boys while Sean and I went to the new temple dedication.

These loaded way out of order but oh well. Sleepy 3 month old baby boy, we love you!!

Easter 2016

We spent Easter with Sean's family this year. Mason had a great time easter egg hunting with Eve and Violet! And of course being silly. I love my family!

Eve saw Mason do this and had to try too!

Luke: 2 months

Likes
-getting his boogers sucked. Seriously! He rarely cries when I do it, and I usually get a little grin
-being held and bounced. He would probably sleep all the time in the Moby if I let him
-sleeping propped slightly to either side, or on his stomach
-background noise. Usually sleeps through Mason's shenanigans unless there is a loud crash or shout.

Dislikes
-bath time. Not a fan! I think he will come around eventually.
-having to poop. If he's working on a big bowel movement he won't sleep until it's passed. Sucks when I'm trying to work and I have to bounce him back to sleep constantly.

Other notables
-first smile February 18th
-started "talking" aka cooing noises
-I still can't have dairy. I miss milk...
-nursing a little faster. Meaning I'm only up for an hour and a half at night instead of 2.5 hours...
-starting to get into the morning nap rhythm. There's been a couple solid 2-2.5 hour morning naps the last week! Hope it keeps up!
-weighing in at 12.68 lbs (65%) and measuring 24.25 inches (95%)
