Luke: 1 Month

Posting this a little (lot) late, but it's been written in my phone for a while. Turns out working and taking care of two littles is pretty time consuming, who knew? Not to mention the fact that I nap when I can... So Luke at 1 month!

Likes:
-being in a new, clean diaper and when his clothes are finally back on.
-being held (makes it hard to get anything done, thank goodness for my Moby wrap!) (I'm lookin' at you Brianna!!)
- sleeping sort of on his side
-pacifiers, mostly. I'm torn on this one and since it's not habit, I don't take one when we go out which I sometimes wish I had remembered.

Dislikes:
-getting his diaper changed.
-being burped while he is still hungry
-being put down in his crip. We have to wait until he is really asleep.

Other notables:
-getting over an awful case of Erosive Dermatits, aka really horrible diaper rash. Calmoseptine alternated with A&D ointment did the trick. Oh and using wet paper towels to dab clean instead of wipes. Yikes.
-surpassed his birthweight before his 2 week appointment and was up over 1.5 lbs. Considering how hard a time we had getting Mason to gain weight, I almost cried tears of joy at this!
-sleeps well with noise in the background (thanks big brother...), unless there is a loud crash
-starting to do the "eat play sleep" schedule already. Nooo! I just want you to fall back asleep!
-breastfeeding like a champ! He just takes forever to nurse. Not my fave... especially in the middle of the night.

We sure love this little guy!! And now get ready for an onslaught of pictures. They change so fast!!

His BounceRoo from Grandma Jones! He slept in this for the first couple weeks.

Luke has a pretty silly big brother...

Mason has had to find new ways to entertain himself! Loves playdough, and tries to eat it. Oops.
Also loves feeding Daddy...

Can't get enough of sleeping baby pictures!

Kisses from brother, and first real bath! He hated it lol.

This picture is hanging in our house. So sweet!

Grandma finally came! Hooray! She spent a glorious week and a half helping us out!

Hooray! I'm one month old!
